Personalised/Custom items are created just for you. For this reason I cannot accept returns for personalised/custom items due to change of mind. If you have a questions or concerns about your personalised/custom items, please contact me at
If you suspect an item is faulty please contact me within 48 hours of Delivery. To be eligible for a Exchange/Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own tracked shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the decision of your refund or Exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed via original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.
